Colonel John Campbell (retired) has 30 years of service in the US Army, where he held command and staff positions at all levels as well as serving a combat tour in Vietnam. Following his military service, he joined the Lee County, Florida Emergency Management as Chief of Operations, then became a project manager at CrowderGulf in 2006. During his 50+ years of service and work experience, he has amassed an extensive background in high-level management, disaster response, and training and now serves as Eastern Regional Director for CrowderGulf. Colonel Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s degree in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Previously an accredited Professional Emergency Manager through the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association (FEPA), he remains active in that organization, and is also a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) in the State of Florida and the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).
